Our teaching staff is in the process of dynamic development with their consistently researching and learning side. In order to reach this development, vocational development activities are carried out throughout the year within the scope of performance self-awareness, monitoring, and development studies as a reflection of the consistently developing organization. The ultimate purpose of these actions is to enhance the organizational climate and provide that all school partners are supported in terms of social, emotional, cognitive, and physical. Our fundamental principles for continuing professional development are presented below:
