• Having a bachelor’s degree in his/her field

• Preferably, having/have received a postgraduate education

• For the branches carried out in Turkish, knowing English at a level to communicate fluently within the school, and being successful in interviews in English

• For the branches carried out in English or bilingual, knowing English at a level to give education and certifying that, and being successful in interviews in English

• Having strong communication skills

• Having a strong representation skill
