The main elements of our employment and career development policy, which is a matter of every field of duty and responsibility and set by TOBB ETU College, to achieve the organizational goals are as follows:

Expectations: Specifying, defining, and presenting clearly the needs and expectations of all partners as students, parents, staff, administration, public authorities, and society

Decisions: Procedural determination of the processes regarding the partners’ needs and expectations, in interaction with the partners, and taking decisions.

Notifications: Notifying the relevant individuals with appropriate methods about the decisions and providing the requirements for the execution of the process 

Outputs: Implementation of the practices with determined standards in line with the needs and expectations of the partners, after decision and notifications

Returns/Evaluation: Presenting and evaluating the results of the practices made for partners’ needs and expectations, reconsidering the process within the developmental cycle

 

In this framework, attention has been paid to ensure that all activities, works, and practices are carried out with a competent and effective workforce; need-oriented standards and qualifications; a planned, fair, and appropriate work distribution in accordance with the qualifications of the human resources. It is based on implementing these practices in an interactive and ethical environment developmentally and productively.
