The quality of the education in our school and its effect are monitored considering the qualitative and quantitative variables. Assessment and evaluation are an irreplaceable part of our learning and teaching process. Our main purpose of the assessment and evaluation is to evaluate the learning process and give feedback. Students contribute to the process with the actions such as demonstrating their learning experience, giving feedback about their learning experience, offering suggestions about how to process could become more effective.
It has become a necessity of the digital age we live in that all the work done by students in different fields during their education life should be recorded. Our students’ academic works, activities that they participate in the social, cultural, scientific fields, club and social responsibility works, participation in national/international projects are archived on a digital platform as from they step into school. The purpose of that practice is to contribute to our students’ self-knowledge process and making the right decision about their career choice.
Each student’s personal characteristics and development level are considered, and plans and activities are made to support their well-being. The changes in the development areas of the student within the scope of monitoring works are monitored during the time they spend from the day they start our school until they graduate. Additionally, feedback is given to our teachers to monitor and improve their own performance, and the partners’ satisfaction is evaluated with various scales.
