The studies demonstrate that school-family-student cooperation positively affects student success. Families are seen as a part of our school and directly or indirectly involved in the education process in accordance with program requirements. They are also in contact with our teachers and school administrators verbally or in written form regarding in-school and out-of-school activities regularly and systematically and obtain information about their children.
Informing the family is provided by sharing individual reports of our students and our teachers’ and specialists’ opinions about our students through online and face-to-face meetings. Phone calls and School Management System can be presented as examples of communication channels.
Parent information seminars, small-large group parent workshops, activities where students’ works are exhibited, special and important day events and ceremonies, and vocational guidance activities based on parent portfolios are organized considering our students’ and families’ requirements.
Individual parent meetings and events with family participation are carried out by making an appointment to ensure the continuity of daily education life, program requirements, and efficient workflow of education staff.
