Continuing Vocational Development Coordinator

She completed her undergraduate and graduate degree in Gazi University Biology Teaching. At the same time, she has a master’s degree in Adult Education from Ankara University. She focused on bioethics education in her graduate studies, and today she continues to work on improving teachers’ reflective thinking skills and improving their classroom practices.

She was the research assistant in national/international projects such as TÜBİTAK, BAP, FP7. She has published articles on creating action plans in line with the determined objective of the schools, conducting need analysis, longitudinal monitoring, standardization in education, opening schools according to standards, “vocational development of a teacher, opinions of teacher candidates on ethical issues, opinions of students on euthanasia with argumentative paragraphs”.

Her research interest; teacher vocational development and transformation, school development, school performance indicators, adult education, reflective and critical thinking.
