Nutrition

According to our students’ age, development level, and health conditions, food services are carried out in TOBB ETU Laboratory Schools.

The food menus offered in school are determined under the supervision of a dietitian according to basic nutritional values. Foods prepared in hygienic conditions are carefully presented to our students.

Our cafeterias are spacious, bright, airy, and hygienic areas equipped in line with the needs of students and the principles of healthy nutrition.

There are three meals a day in our school: breakfast, lunch, and afternoon breakfast in our primary school. Since there is no need for additional nutrition, there is no canteen.

In primary school students, the supply of food services and menus from the school is mandatory in terms of peer interaction, hygiene, and safety. Suppose there is a case of a different nutritional need from the school menu because of allergies, diabetes, etc. In that case, it is possible to provide food from outside within the protocol made with the family by documenting it with a doctor’s report. Food supply from outside is not accepted in any way except mentioned exceptional cases.
